Callithrix Geoffroyi
The White-headed~, or Tufted-ear Marmoset Callithrix Geoffroyi, also known as the Geoffrey’s marmoset, is one of red-listed endangered species.
The Geoffrey m. is endemic to forests in eastern Brazil, where it is also known as the Sagüi or Sauim. Furthermore it is native to Bahia, Espirito Santo and Minas Gerais, and was recently introduced to the Santa Catarina region of Brazil.
